Meals on Wheels
February and May are Meals on Wheels month at Emmanuel. We supply desserts to the local Meals on Wheels program in the months of February and May.
This year we will collect donations Sunday February 15, 2026, Items need not be homemade but can be purchased at a grocery store. The Meals on Wheels program welcomes all donations to
assist with their efforts. There is a list of items needed in the Narthex.

Community Prayer Walks
On the second Tuesday of every month members of our local churches gather for a community prayer event. Local churches host the event on a rotating basis. Watch for details in your Sunday bulletin. See Betsy Forrester with questions.
Cereal for the Prospect-Portersville Food Bank
Emmanuel is the “cereal church” for the Prospect-Portersville Food Bank. We continue to provide cereal to the Prospect/Portersville Foodbank. The foodbank greatly appreciates our generosity. This year in the month of June only, we will be assisting in supplying various items to the neighboring Mt. Chestnut Food Bank. They have a particular need for canned fruit, spaghetti sauce, pasta, paper products, liquid soaps, tooth paste, etc will also be accepted.
